We love to see our products being used by our customers, and sometimes we have requests to share your images/videos on our own channels. The images will mainly be used for the respective product pages on our website to give other customers a real insight into the product. They may also be used on our other platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and newsletters.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #YesNamly, you accept the following conditions:

You grant Namly Design (Trivo Sweden AB) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, meaning Namly Design is free to use the content you approve with your hashtag #YesNamly. You agree that your content may be used in all of Namly Design's social channels, and for marketing purposes for the Namly Design brand, the material may be distributed on other platforms to strengthen the Namly Design brand or showcase a specific product associated with the brand. This also means you consent to Namly Design being able to edit your images/videos. You give Namly Design the right to use the visual material without the requirement of being credited in connection with the publication.

You certify and guarantee that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from all individuals appearing in the images. Additionally, you certify that you are a private individual (not a company), that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that Namly Design's use of your images will not infringe on any third-party rights or any laws.

You hereby release Namly Design from all obligations to compensate you for the use of your images/videos and for the intellectual property rights related to the described uses. You also waive and consent to hold Namly Design and its representatives harmless from all claims and liabilities, of any nature, arising in connection with the use of the images as described above. If you later wish to revoke your consent for Namly Design to share your images/videos, you must contact us at: collaboration@namly.se with the subject line "Revoke Consent."
